About
Founded on a single premise.
Pension funds need agentic tooling they can defend to a regulator. The technology is advancing faster than the governance around it — and in our industry, that gap is not acceptable.
Keelpilot is a product of Experli Corporation.
We are building the governed layer institutional asset managers can adopt without asking their CRO to hold their breath. That is the short version of the thesis.
The longer version is that asset-allocation decisions are approaching the complexity ceiling of quarterly human cycles. The investable universe has widened; the cost of being wrong has not shrunk; and the expectation that an Investment Committee can be meaningfully across every position every quarter is, increasingly, a polite fiction.
Agentic systems compress that work — but only if they can be defended. A faster cycle that the CRO cannot sign off on is not faster; it is a liability waiting for its first bad quarter. Keelpilot is built for the people whose signatures go on the memo.
Leadership
Founder and principal.
Keelpilot sits at the intersection of four domains that rarely travel together. The founder holds each directly — by training, and by track record.
Ravi Yadav — Founder, Experli Corporation.
Finance
CFA Level II (Passed). Over six years in Indian investment banking and institutional investing. Led debt-syndication mandates totalling over USD 1 billion at SBI Capital Markets; managed a USD 100 million investment portfolio at IFCI Limited. Reads a fund’s balance sheet the way a CIO expects a vendor to.
Regulated software
Production engineering at Fortune 500 financial-services firms. Built frontend systems at PayPal used by millions of users daily. Audit-first, regulated environments are the default habitat — not a stretch assignment.
Cloud architecture
AWS Certified Solutions Architect. Event-driven serverless on AWS is the default idiom. Keelpilot’s own infrastructure reflects that: per-tenant accounts, ca-central-1 residency, schema-validated boundaries.
Security engineering
CISSP, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+. The governance-first architecture described on /safety is how the founder was trained to build — not a retrofit bolted on for marketing.
Academic foundation. MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) — one of the world’s most selective business programmes. B.Tech (Honours) from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, a top-tier Indian engineering school.
Operating model
Why Keelpilot is principal-delivered.
Keelpilot is, deliberately, a single-principal product. There is one founder, one set of hands, and no hand-off between disciplines. AI-native engineering workflows extend what that principal can ship — but the architectural calls, security trade-offs, and financial modelling are all held by the same person.
Institutional-grade products that cross finance, regulation, and AI usually fail in the translation layers between specialists — the engineer who never sits across from a CRO, the quant who never writes production code, the security architect never consulted during design reviews. Holding four domains in one head is how Keelpilot avoids that failure mode.
Concretely: when you request a demo, the person on the call is the person who made the architectural calls. There is no sales engineer, no solutions architect, no implementation consultant, no support tier to route through. Procurement will find this unusual — it is intentional, and it is why we can commit to the governance posture on the rest of this site.

Stance
The company stance.
- No L5 autonomy. The human signs. If a vendor tells you otherwise, ask who signs the memo.
- No token-reselling. You hold the LLM vendor contract. Procurement already knows them.
- No cost-per-cycle hand-waving. Real numbers under NDA, not in marketing copy.
- No sales-first demos. A demo is a working system, delivered live by a principal, not an SDR handoff.
